RapidBrains is a talent marketplace that helps companies to build their team rapidly. From RapidBrains, companies can hire pre-screened talents worldwide, and scale up or scale down in a matter of days.
A contract position is where a talent is hired to complete a specific job over a predetermined period. A standard contract period ranges from 6 Months to 1 Year. They are paid directly or through another company or through a vendor and are not eligible for any permanent employee benefits.
Just click on the "Apply" button on the list of available jobs and fill in the details. Every talent you add will come under your ID and you will be notified at every stage of the hiring process.
You will receive a payment of flat INR 25,000 on every contract
Once your talent is successfully placed and the mandatory period is completed, you are requested to raise your invoice. We will enable the option to update your bank account details at https://recruiter.rapidbrains.com/account, once your talent joined the company. Your invoice will be paid within 15 days of receipt.
If you list your available contract resources in your talent pool, we will reach you if we find any matching jobs or contracts at the earliest.

When you apply your talent to a particular job, our internal team will start verifying your candidate profile and skillset and when we find its a good fit for the client's requirement, we will submit it to our client. Note that you will be notified through email at every stages of your talent when it is submitted to the client. Apparently you can also view the status in 'Dashboard' or 'Talent Status' menu.
All contract jobs are posted for RapidBrains customers and the candidates will be under our payroll. So while hiring you can mention our name as their employer and they will be working for our clients.
Your job is just to upload the resumes against the matching positions. Rest everything, we will take care.
A permanent employee works for a company and receives payment/wages directly from them as a monthly salary. They often receive benefits like health care, paid vacations, holidays, sick time, or contributions based on their company policy.
If the resume is shortlisted, you will be notified. Also, you can check every stage of your uploaded talents through your dashboard at https://recruiter.rapidbrains.com/dashboard
You will be paid 3% of Annual CTC depending upon the client and location. You can check it individually from the Jobs List also.
You can raise the invoice after 30 days of successful joining for contract jobs and 90 days of successful joining for permanent jobs. You can also check your payout status from the dashboard. Payments will be released after receiving the payout from the client.

There is no limitation for applications. You can add as many candidates under a particular job and we will reach you out when the profile matches the client requirements.
