Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of work

The scope of work for a freelance recruitment role will depend on the specific needs and requirements of the hiring party. However, some common tasks and responsibilities that a freelance recruiter may be expected to perform include:

  • 1. Identifying and sourcing potential candidates for open positions.
  • 2. Conducting initial screening and interviews with candidates.
  • 3. Negotiating offers and closing deals with successful candidates.
  • 4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process.

  • It is important for the freelance recruiter to clearly understand the expectations and requirements of their role in order to effectively fulfill their responsibilities.

2. Duration of the engagement

The engagement is effective from the date of freelance recruiter account creation and shall remain in force for a period of 1 year (“Term”) unless terminated earlier. The engagement will be automatically extended for further periods of 1 year each after the expiry of the initial term unless the freelance recruiter notifies the company of its intention not to renew the engagement.

3. Payment terms

Freelance recruiter is paid a percentage of the salary of each successful candidate they place. Payment is purely based on the incentives/commissions on every successful hire. Please find the payout details below:

Permanent Positions: 3% of Annual CTC
Contract Positions: INR 25,000 per successful contract employment closure.

4. Confidentiality

During the course of this engagement, the Recruiter may have access to confidential information belonging to the company which includes but is not limited to their client name, payout details, client portal logins, contact details, and other client information. The Recruiter agrees to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not disclose it to any third parties without the express written consent of the company. The Recruiter also agrees to take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of this information, including implementing appropriate security measures.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement by sending a termination email to the other party. In the event of termination, the Recruiter shall be entitled to payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. The Recruiter shall also return any confidential materials belonging to the Hiring Party within 3 days of the termination date.
Misrepresentation of candidates, providing false information, or failing to adhere to ethical hiring practices may result in termination from our recruitment network at the company's sole discretion, and if repeated submission of irrelevant or fake profiles, or any malpractice, is detected, we reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately.

6. Indemnification

Each Party herein agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party (“Indemnified Party”) for any losses or liabilities arising from any breach of or any inaccuracy or untruthfulness with respect to a representation, warranty, or covenant enshrined in this Agreement
